At Cherished Gifts & Favors we strive to offer our customers a unique selection of elegant favors and gifts. We take great pride in providing every customer with excellent service in order to make shopping with us a pleasant experience.

Low Prices

Find a lower price online? Our goal is to offer our customers the latest trends in elegant favors and gifts at affordable prices. If you happen to find a verifiable lower price for the exact same item on the internet, let us know. We will do our best to match if not beat the price!

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or COD.

Sample Orders

We understand that you may want to see for yourself what an item looks like before placing a large order. Samples of our favors, boxes, and bags are usually available for purchase. Sample items may sometimes be limited due to product availability, but we do try to fill all sample requests whenever possible. Please remember that samples can not be personalized or returned.

Sales Tax

Our company is located in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect a sales tax for orders shipped within our state.

Delivery Time

Most items are shipped within 5 to 7 business days from when the order was placed. Some of our suppliers ship directly to our customers so occasionally you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Return Policy

We are certain you will love our products, however if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange for a refund. We will only accept refunds within 7 days of the time you receive your order.

We can not accept returns on beverages, eatables, decorated, personalized, handcrafted or sample items. In addition, we can not accept returns on candles if you do not like the scent or color.

Any items that are returnable must be in its original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and any “Rush” fees are nonrefundable. Shipping cost to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. For you own protection, please use a shipping service such as UPS, FED EX, OR DHL so your package can be tracked. We advise insuring your items against damage as we cannot give refunds for items that arrive to us damaged. We reserve the right to refuse any packages that do not meet our return policies.

Canceling Orders

If for some reason you wish to cancel an order you just placed, you may do so as long as the order has not been processed yet. We strive to process orders immediately. However, in the event your order has not been processed we will be happy to return your money in full. Please note that once personalized orders have been processed we can not make changes. Please make sure to double check the spelling, dates, and other additional information prior to submitting your order.

Shipping

Customers will be charged for any fees that Cherished Gifts & Favors incur for packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address. Customers will also be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

Please note we can not ship to PO boxes. At this time, we also can not ship outside the United States.

Damaged Merchandise

Please contact the shipping carrier immediately if you receive a damaged package. Please be advised that our shipping carriers require that all damaged goods, all packing materials, and the original box must be kept in order to file a claim for the damaged merchandise.

At this time we do not offer printed catalogs or brochures. Our selection of unique favors and elegant gifts are available on our website.

Wholesale
