Online: You may place an order 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Methods of Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for orders within the United States. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or COD. For International Orders, please see our International Shipping Policies for more detail Canceling Orders Please contact us immediately if for some reason you need to make changes or wish to cancel an order you just placed. We will be happy to make changes to any order as long as the order has not been sent for processing. Orders are uploaded to the processing queue approximately every 30 minutes. Once orders have been sent for processing, changes and cancellations may not always be able to be made. Please make sure to double check the shipping address, personalization information such as spelling, dates, colors and any additional features prior to submitting your order. Shipping Costs You can easily figure the shipping cost for the items you wish to order. Simply place the items in the shopping cart and then enter your billing and shipping address on the following screens. Your shipping cost will be displayed before any credit card information is requested. For orders shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico, Cherished Gifts & Favors is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Furthermore, Cherished Gifts & Favors is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. Any applicable surcharges, taxes, fees, import duty or brokerage charges on imported goods must be paid by the customer. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order. To learn more about country-specific regulations that may affect your order, please reference UPS's Country Regulations. Canada and Puerto Rico Returns or Refused Packages If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package(s), or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. If the return to shipper cost is more than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the delivery company to abandon the order, and there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed into the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. By placing an order you agree to our policies.Shipping Methods We offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air service. All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada will be shipped via UPS Ground. Some of our vendors ship directly to our customers so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. Occasionally some items may be shipped using FedEx or UPS Mail Innovations. However, the shipping charges will remain the same. Customers will be charged for any fees that Cherished Gifts & Favors incur for packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address. Customers will also be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.International Orders We have partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Please visit our International Shipping page for more details. When Will I Receive My Order? Most items are processed and ready to ship within 1 to 7 business days (M - F) from when the order was placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. We understand that sometimes when planning a special event you may forget until the last minute to order an item. If you feel you need a "Rush" placed on your order, please contact us at 1-800-731-4596 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Sample Orders We understand that you may want to see what an item looks like before placing a large order. Samples of our favors, boxes, and bags are usually available for purchase. However, if an item has a minimum order requirement, we are not able to offer a sample. Please remember that samples cannot be personalized or returned. Sales Tax Our company is located in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect a sales tax for orders shipped within our state. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes required for orders shipped outside of the United States. Return Policy We are certain you will love our favors, gifts and accessories however if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange for a full refund less shipping charges. We can only accept refund requests within 7 days of the time you receive your order. We cannot accept returns on samples, beverages, eatables, decorated, personalized, handcrafted, customized or personal care items such as sanitizers, lips balms, lotions, sunscreen, bubble bath and soaps, discontinued or clearance items. Due to quantity pricing, we also cannot accept partial return orders. Any items that are returnable must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are nonrefundable. The shipping cost to return the items to the warehouse(s) is also the responsibility of the customer. This may result in sending to multiple warehouses if your order included items shipped from mulitple locations. For your own protection, please use a shipping service such as UPS, FedEX, OR DHL so your package can be tracked. We advise insuring your items against damage as we cannot give refunds for items that arrive to us damaged. Please notify us of any damaged items before the order is returned. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policies. A credit will not be given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender, nor will we issue a refund for the order. Damaged Merchandise Once your order is delivered, please take a moment to make sure all the items arrived in good condition. If you discover any missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately via e-mail at info@CherishedGiftFavors.com with your name, order number and the details of the damaged or missing items. We ask that you attach photos of any damaged items in order to speed up the claim process. Please be advised that our shipping carriers require that all damaged goods, all packing materials, and the original box must be kept in order to file a claim for the damaged merchandise.All damage and shortage claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery. No claims will be accepted after 7 business days. If you are not available to review your order upon delivery, please assign someone else to make sure that all items arrived in good condition. Canada and Puerto Rico Damaged or Missing Items Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. For all returns and claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s), please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will send replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS Standard Service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get the replacements to you in time for your event. By placing an order you agree to our policies.
