Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for orders within the United States. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or COD.

Shipping Costs

You can easily figure the shipping cost for the items you wish to order. Simply place the items in the shopping cart and then enter your billing and shipping address on the following screens. Your shipping cost will be displayed before any credit card information is requested.

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air service. All orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Some of our vendors ship directly to our customers so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. Occasionally some items may be shipped using FED EX or UPS Mail Innovations. However, the shipping charges will remain the same.

Customers will be charged for any fees that Cherished Gifts & Favors incur for packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address. Customers will also be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes.

International Orders

We have partnered with iShopUSA, a trusted third-party company, to fulfill orders for our International Customers. Please see our International Shipping Policies for more details. International Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Most items are processed and ready to ship within 1 to 7 business days (M - F) from when the order was placed. You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We understand that sometimes when planning a special event you may forget until the last minute to order an item. If you feel you need a "Rush" placed on your order, please contact us at 1-800-731-4596 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Low Prices

Find a lower price online? Our goal is to offer our customers the latest trends in elegant favors and gifts at affordable prices. If you happen to find a verifiable lower price for the exact same item on the internet, let us know. We will do our best to match if not beat the price!

Sample Orders

We understand that you may want to see what an item looks like before placing a large order. Samples of our favors, boxes, and bags are usually available for purchase. Sample items may sometimes be limited due to product availability, but we do try to fill all sample requests whenever possible. Please remember that samples can not be personalized or returned.

Sales Tax

Our company is located in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect a sales tax for orders shipped within our state. The customer will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes required for orders shipped outside of the United States.

Return Policy

We are certain you will love our favors, gifts and accessories however if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange for a full refund less shipping charges. We can only accept refunds within 7 days of the time you receive your order.

We can not accept returns on beverages, eatables, decorated, personalized, handcrafted or sample items.

Any items that are returnable must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are nonrefundable. The shipping cost to return the items is the responsibility of the customer. For your own protection, please use a shipping service such as UPS, FED EX, OR DHL so your package can be tracked. We advise insuring your items against damage as we cannot give refunds for items that arrive to us damaged. We reserve the right to refuse any packages that do not meet our return policies.

Canceling Orders

If for some reason you wish to cancel an order you just placed, you may do so as long as the order has not started processing. We strive to begin processing orders immediately. However, in the event your order is not in processing and not personalized we will be happy to refund your money in full. Please note that once personalized orders have started processing we can not make changes. Please make sure to double check the spelling, dates, and other additional information prior to submitting your order.

Damaged Merchandise

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged package. Please be advised that our shipping carriers require that all damaged goods, all packing materials, and the original box must be kept in order to file a claim for the damaged merchandise.
